Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At HitmanVPS, we are committed to providing reliable digital services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Eligibility for a Refund

A refund will only be issued under the following specific circumstances:

• A payment transaction was unsuccessful, but funds were debited from your account.
• A significant technical failure on our side prevents the initial delivery of the purchased service (VPS or IP).

Non-Refundable Services

Once a service has been successfully delivered and is active in your account, no refunds will be provided. We do not offer a money-back guarantee. It is the client's responsibility to assess the suitability of our service before making a purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your service at any time by not renewing it. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining term of a cancelled service.
