Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By purchasing a service from HitmanVPS, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Agreement

HitmanVPS provides virtual private server (VPS) and IP address rental services. All services are provided on a pre-paid basis. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their account has sufficient funds to cover the service renewal.

2. Acceptable Use & IP Reputation

Our services must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, hosting phishing websites, distributing malware, or launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. Furthermore, any activity that results in our IP addresses being blacklisted (e.g., mass mailing, botnet hosting) is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund, and the client will be held responsible for IP clean-up fees.

3. Limitation of Liability

HitmanVPS is not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages incurred by the client. Clients are solely responsible for their own data backups.

4. Software Licensing (BYOL)

HitmanVPS provides the underlying server hardware and unmanaged Operating System installations. We operate strictly on a Bring Your Own License (BYOL) model. Clients are solely responsible for acquiring, managing, and maintaining valid licenses for any paid third-party software installed on their instances, including but not limited to Microsoft Windows Server. HitmanVPS assumes no legal liability for unlicensed or pirated software used by the client.
